M&A: Zenith Energy buys Guttman terminals

Zenith Energy has completed a deal to acquire GuttmanEnergy's three storage terminals in Ohio, Pennsylvania andWest Virginia, the companies said Tuesday.The terminals - totaling 560,000 bbl of capacity - arelocated in Aurora, Ohio; Star City, West Virginia; and BelleVernon, Pennsylvania, where energy distributor GuttmanEnergy is headquartered. They "form a strategic link in Zenith'sasset footprint," according to a statement from the companies.
