PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buying-selling system, a terminal, a server, a buying- selling method, a buying-selling program, and a computer readable recording medium for recording the buying-selling program for allowing buying and selling in a buying-selling quantity unit or less to be performed even when executing the buying and selling determined on the buying-selling quantity unit, and capable of improving the strictness of buying and selling.;SOLUTION: This buying-selling system has the terminal 101, and the server 102 mutually connected by a network.
