Advantest Corp. has started marketing a newly developed LCD Driver Testing System T6371 that is usable for very speedy and accurate testing of various types of ICs such as TFT drivers and controller + LCD drivers. The TFT driver is a driver IC for driving the liquid crystal panels of thin film transistor (TFT). The controller + LCD driver is an IC coupled with an IC for controlling the panels and drivers.
