The company, the professional services division of construction giant Balfour Beatty, was launched less than four years ago, when David James was brought in as managing director to build the new company after a successful career with one of the UK's top consultants. "The model we set up was designed to tackle the management of very large projects from the viewpoint of mixing top quality consulting and contracting," he explains.
