Japanese postdocs seek their path

Responding to concerns over the uncertain career paths for postdocs in Japan, we recently carried out a survey at seven universities - Osaka, Tohoku, Hokkaido, Waseda, Nagoya, Yamaguchi and Kyushu - and the institute of physical and chemical research (RIKEN).
