Newly released, the 300TT Tunnel/Tugger SmartCart automatic guided cart provides a flexible and affordable way to move products on an assembly line or transport goods throughout a facility. Capable of towing loads up to 4,000 pounds, or carrying up to 2,400 pounds, the unit is equipped with a 1.25-inch diameter popup pin. This function allows the unit to tow trailers from underneath (called tunneling), automatically coupling and decoupling with trailers for handling flexibility. The vehicles navigate by following a magnetic path affixed to the facility floor that can be quickly installed and modified. Scalable, the system's capacity can be easily changed by adding or removing vehicles.
