5 years.Previous key jobs: Trainee Social worker then came to Doncaster Council in 1987 as Assistant Training Officer. (Social Services ) Within a year I transferred to Management Development work and then a series of Leadership & Organisational Development roles, working up to Assistant Director and Head of Service positions.
