As Milk Industry went to press, the front-of-pack (FOP) signpost evaluation research was publishedrnThe report is the culmination of nearly 18 months of research on consumer understanding and use of FOP nutrition labelling.rnThe agency says it will now take forward the findings, which show that shoppers are confused by current food labelling and would benefit from a single FOP scheme. The government wants a single labelling approach used by the entire food industry, based on the principles that will be recommended by the FSA in light of the independent evaluation.
