Thales Raytheon Systems Deployable Air C2 System Successfully Demonstrates Air Defense Capabilities During NATO Exercise

The deployable element of ThalesRaytheonSystems' (TRS) Air C2 System (ACCS) programme successfully performed air operations missions during NATO's recent Joint Project "Optic Windmill" (JPOW) 2010. JPOW 2010 is the latest in a series of biennial exercises sponsored by The Netherlands in coordination with the US and several NATO members. ThalesRaytheonSystems' deployable, shelterised C2 system called DARS (Deployable Air Control Center, Recognized Air Picture Production Center and Sensor Fusion Post) was utilised during the exercises that concluded on 16 July 2010.
