A Helping Hand

Severely injured servicemembers and their families continue to receive a range of assistance from Operation Helping Hand, a program founded five years ago by members of the Tampa (Fla.) Chapter.rnSix years of unprecedented deployments have created a serious strain on America's military - and on military families. MOAA has been working on ways to meet this new challenge to the all-volunteer force through legislative and community support.
