Double D Food Engineering has developed a customized Browning Unit designed to produce authentic, high-color generation simultaneously on all sides of the product being treated without the need for coatings or additives. Part of the company's range of Revoband Continuous Ovens, the unit consists of a tunnel that delivers controlled hot air to all sides of the product.
