Kawasaki's revolutionary K3VL medium-high pressure, hydraulic pump has been released in a full range of sizes for industrial and mobile applications. The range sets new standards for energy efficient and ultra quiet performance. The compact and innovative K3VL open circuit, axial piston pumps enable a rated pressure capability as high as 320 bar. A range of integral control options includes torque limit, pressure compensation and load sensing. Additional variants offer integral unloading and remote proportional relief functions. Pioneering technology has been utilised in the development of the rotary group and valve plate to ensure considerable reductions in fluid pressure pulsation. With pressure pulsation being the primary cause of airborne noise, this significant design feature offers a typical noise reduction of 5 dB(A) over conventional pump designs.
