Natural gas the third way

This novel concept* has been developed by SeaOne Maritime Corp of Houston, Texas, for the rescue of the massive amount of natural gas that lies in what are termed 'stranded fields'. Named LNG Lite, the concept is on the verge of commercialisation.rnWithout a pipeline, the only way to get offshore natural gas to its users is by ship. Until now that meant the LNG carrier whereby processing separates out the methane which is then cryogenically condensed (at -163°C) and shipped as 'liquefied natural gas' or LNG.
