摘要

It is shown that in the Meissner phase of super- conductors a resistive state arises as a temperature below of the critical one is increased. It can be detected by measuring variations in frozen magnetic field in mesoscopic hollow cylindric samples on heat- ing in the superconducting state. Owing to a quanti- zation of magnetic flow a decrease of the magnetic field in this case is supposed to be stepwise.
