Postheroisches Management in Bibliotheken

摘要

The paper discusses ideas of post-heroic management in the double context of a development of organic instead of mechanic management systems and a digital transformation of modern printing press society into a "next" computer society. The paper then looks into the idea of agile product development within heterarchic network structures of organisational action.%Zusammenfassung: Der Beitrag stellt die Idee des postheroischen Managements im Kontext der Entwicklung organischer anstelle mechanischer Managementsysteme sowie der digitalen Transformation der modernen Buchdruckgesellschaft in eine „nächste" Computergesellschaft vor und skizziert die Idee einer agilen Produktentwicklung in heterarchischen Netzwerkstrukturen organisationalen Handelns.
