Next year's Yearly Review for The Leadership Quarterly will focus on advances in more traditional leadership research, especially works that are related to the development and/or testing of theory that is not concerned with newer approaches such as transformational, charismatic, and authentic leadership theories. Broadly speaking, what are sought are original contributions that develop or test theory and/or theoretical thinking about older and more established approaches to leadership phenomena.
