摘要

The attention of nanoscientists is currently directed toward the behaviors of nanomagnets,such as single-molecule magnets (SMMs) and single-chain magnets (SCMs),since they show unique physical properties,such as quantum tunneling of magnetiza-tion and quantum phase interference,that are not observed in bulk magnets.Those molecular quantum nanomagnets have a well-defined structure and exhibit well-characterized easy-axis magnetic anisotropy (D < 0),forming a "double-well potential" which prevents reversal of the molecular magnetization.
