Durability Test Analysis in a Passenger Vehicle

摘要

The current technology for durability qualification of the damper spring tower component of a passenger vehicle is presented. Tim methodology was based on durability experiments performed on actual components mounted on a vehicle. Stresses acting on the component were experimentally measured by using rosette strain gages. Durability tests were performed over two different public road surfaces. Fatigue damam: assessment was performed and the life of the component was estimated.
