I WRITE to give a brief update of the status of the Journal ofPropulsion and Power. Submissions remain robust, thoughslightly decreased. In the year between 1 October 2018 and 30September 2019, 394 manuscripts were submitted, relative to 422the previous year. Of these, 26.1% came from the People’s Republicof China; 24.8% came from the United States and Canada; 20.0%came from Japan, South Korea, and India; 14.7% came from Europe;and 14.4% came from other countries.
