Bruce I. Jacobs and Kenneth N. Levy

We got to know Peter personally in the late 1980s after submitting an article on the stock market's complexity to The Journal of Portfolio Management. Peter -wrote back that he would be delighted to publish the piece and, much to our surprise, also invited Bruce to join the Journal's advisory board. Some 10 years later, we asked Peter if he and Frank would allow Jacobs Levy Equity Management to sponsor awards for outstanding articles published in the Journal. Our proposal was enthusiastically received, and the Bernstein Fabozzi/Jacobs Levy Awards were established.
