摘要

As legal studies in business educators we strive to impart fundamental learning objectives in our courses. One of the challenges we face is to engage business students in a way that both motivates and challenges them to think critically about the law. This important objective can be hindered if the subject is approached with a heavy emphasis on legal doctrine, which to students seems abstract and far-removed from reality.
