摘要

The Roads & Transport Authority of Dubai operates and regulates a number of taxi agencies including its own Dubai taxi, and in an effort to establish a new and a non traditional communication channel with its taxi commuters, an internal expert team came up with an innovative mobile solution to be fitted inside the taxi vehicles, enabling the Dubai Public Transport Agency to pull live data on customer satisfaction remotely at any time of the day using cheap and basic communication technology. The new Service Level Tracker or SLT as it is known was born a year ago and has already clocked up some astonishing successes.
