Results of solving problems of electroelasticity for longitudinal vibrations of a piezoelectric rod in a longitudinal field and for radial vibrations of a piezodisk with polarization along its thickness (in the case of an attachment-type fixation) are presented. The temperature dependence of the physicochemical properties of the ceramics is taken into account, and the temperature field of the piezoelement is obtained with regard to self heating of the ceramics. The obtained nonlinear dependences are compared with a linear part of the solution. For calculating and designing piezoelectronic devices with thermal phenomena in the piezomedium taken into account, an optimal version of the model is proposed.
