Tsai and Yang speak at Taiwan annual meeting

AES Taiwan's annual meeting was held on November 24. It was moderated by Chwei-Ching Yeh and speakers included Bing R. Tsai and Wei-fu Yang. After a welcome speech by the section chair was a report on the work so far accomplished by the section. Plans for 2019 include: to get in touch with members who have been absent; to build up the Section's authority in audio engineering academia gradually and connect with the academic community; establish an appropriate relationship with the Ministry of Culture; to leap at the opportunity to hold a worldwide seminar in Taiwan; to share information gathered by the eight working groups formed by different fields of experts; to create and manage a bilingual database of audio terms; to deliver consultant service for acoustic knowledge; and to follow up beneficial result of S4 Recording Workshop project.
