Moody's affirmed on Wednesday its ratings on the senior debt of Singapore's biggest banks, but downgraded those on their subordinated debts. It affirmed the ratings of Aa1 on the senior debts of dbs bank, ocbc and uob, and the Aa2 on that of dbs group holdings, but downgraded subordinated debt and capital instrument ratings one notch. Moody's revised the outlook on their long-term credit ratings to stable from negative.
