Aerospace supply chain company pattonair has announced a USS280m junk bond to help finance its acquisition by Platinum Equity, the latest in a string of small LBOs to hit the market recently. The company plans to issue a five-year non-call two senior secured bond after wrapping up meetings with investors on October 12.
