KfW, EBRD nail tight green prints

Public sector issuers took full advantage of the benefits from selling Green bonds last week, nailing levels they would have been unable to achieve with standard vanilla benchmarks. KfW and the EBRD came among a flurry of transactions in the US dollar market, where a lack of recent supply has given issuers the upper hand. The supply increase came ahead of Golden Week in China, which is expected to slow issuance in the currency.
