摘要

Recently enacted legislation (Law Decree 50/2017, converted into Law No.96 of 21 June 2017) has amended the so-called Romani Decree (Legislative Decree No.28/2011) by providing that PV plants with a nominal power higher than 3KW and having panels uncertified or with a non-compliant certification, on application of the owner, may avoid revocation of the feed-in-tariff (FiT) and be subject to a 20% reduction (from the entry into force of the FiT agreement). As clarified by the guidelines issued by GSE on 9 August 2017, the relevant application may be submitted by owners of PV plants that, following an inspection by GSE, have been found in breach of the rules applicable to modules certification and that, for this reason, have suffered revocation of the FiT.
