Once again, over 300 companies will be presenting techniques and solutions for the production and packing of sweets and snacks at ProSweets Cologne 2016, the international supplier fair for the sweets and snacks industry. The challenges that the machines and the machinery constructors are faced with are increasing with the market's demands regarding the products. As such for the processing of nuts and cereals for sweets and snacks the current trend is treading new paths as far as the handling of these sensitive, free-flowing materials is concerned. Because where brittle, almond slivers, dried strawberries or yoghurt crispies are indispensable, the refined ingredients have to be handled very carefully in the systems and machines. From 31 January to 3 February 2016, ProSweets Cologne offers comprehensive information on this important theme and the direct wire to the suppliers of techniques, machinery and technology.
