RDSO's New Milestone on Energy Conservation

RDSO has achieved one more milestone in the field of Energy Efficiency. Under the mission of Energy Efficiency launched by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE, Government of India, Ministry of Power), RDSO has taken up the mission to get star rating certificates for their office buildings and under the guidance of Shri M. Hussain, Director General, RDSO and Shri N.K. Sinha, ED/Admn-1 & EMS, has been successful in getting certificates of 5 Star rating for Abhikalp Bhawan as well as for Anusandhan Bhawan & 4 Star rating for Manak Bhawan. The star ratings are indications of efforts of organization in using energy efficiently and conservation of precious energy. RDSO, in the above penchant, is also focusing on energy conservation by the means of installing on its buildings grid connected 1 Mega Watt capacity Solar Power plant, which is one of the cleanest renewable green energy resources available.
