密に並べた金属ポスト列で壁面を形成した導波路が提案されている.このような導波路は,SIW(Substrate Integrated Waveguide)やポスト壁導波路と呼ばれ,特にミリ波帯での応用が期待されており,アンテナ給電部などに利用されている.本尊波路の解析方法として,平面回路法に基づいた導波管H面不連続の解析法に着目して解析する方法が提案されている.本研究では誘導性窓やステップ不連続,誘電体不連続等のSIW 不連続の解析を平面回路法で行い,同様の特性を持つ導波管の反射特性との比較を行っている.%A waveguide whose side walls are formed with densely arranged metallic posts has been proposed. It is called SIW (Substrate Integrated Waveguide) or post-wall waveguide. Especially application for the millimeter-wave band is expected, and it is used for the antenna feeder, etc. For the analysis method of the SIW, the analysis technique of the H-plane waveguide discontinuities based on the planar circuit approach has been proposed. In this work, the analysis of the SIW discontinuities such as inductive windows, step discontinuities, and dielectric discontinuities is performed based on the planer circuit approach, and the comparison with the reflection characteristics of the rectangular waveguides which have the same equivalent characteristics with the SIWs.
