PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel floor slab base layer removal method and base layer removal device capable of easily removing a goose asphalt base layer adhering to a deck plate.;SOLUTION: A method for removing a goose asphalt layer 5 on a steel floor slab 1 composed of a deck plate 2 made of steel plate, the goose asphalt layer 5 made of goose asphalt, and an asphalt surface layer 4 on the goose asphalt layer 5, in which a high temperature and high pressure water jet of 140 degrees and 150 MPa is injected to the exposed goose asphalt layer 5 to remove the goose asphalt layer 5, after removing the asphalt surface layer 4.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT
