When recording the lecture of the mathematics which makes blackboard description a subject and distributing by streaming, in order to recognize correctly the expression containing a subscript, it is necessary to create the video data of high resolution. However, reception of the video of high resolution is influenced by network environment. In the low environment of a zone, it is difficult to see and it will narrow the number of the receiving persons who can view and listen. In this paper, we propose that conversion of quality for the video to distribute to some users with various network environments. Moreover, we record some part blackboards by two or more cameras, and design the Player to which it views and listens and which a receiving person wishes.%本稿は、板書型講義の遠隔講義を目標として、高解像度の動画配信の方法について検討した。今回の調査では、低速のネットワーク環境に注目して、フレームレートを落とした動画の通信速度を計測しているが、高速なネットヮーク環境についても、どの程度まで高解像度、高画質の動画が許容できるか調査する必要がある。
