摘要

The superconducting properties, phase chemical composition and crystal structure of Bi-Ca-Sr-Cu-O system sintered samples were investigated. Twostep resistive superconducting transitions with a 120 K T/sub c/ onset were observed. The dominant phase composition might be formulated as Bi/sub 2/CaSr/sub 2/Cu/sub 2+x/O/sub y/ where x=0.4-1.0, depending upon the heat-treatment procedure.
