Tampa Builds Seniors Housing At Site of Historic Hospital

The city of Tampa, Fla., worked with CAP Development Company LLC, a subsidiary of Bank of America, to build a 160-unit elderly apartment community in a redevelopment area on the site of the former Centra Asturiano Hospital, which was constructed in the early 1900s. The apartment building is located next to an elderly care facility called Centra Asturiano Place.
