The National Park Service (NPA) has proposed changes to its procedures for obtaining historic preservation certifications for the rehabilitation of historic structures. The certifications are needed to qualify for the historic rehab tax credit.rnProposed regulations were published in the October 15 Federal Register, and comments are due December 14.
