It is said that one normally realises that time is passing once policemen start looking young. Having got used to that, one then realises that one has somehow become older than the worlds leading politicians. Another epiphany comes with a look through the September 1981 issue of HCB, which had a feature on gas tanker construction, highlighting some of the latest arrivals into die LPG tanker fleet. Most if not all those ships have now been scrapped.
