Optimization of knowledge transfer in ITER

摘要

ITER needs a robust organizational framework to enhance collaboration and the transfer of expertise and to improve knowledge sharing among its members. For a first-of-a-kind megaproject it is crucial to take advantage of the learning effect and to prevent the organization from failing into poor documentation practices.This paper shows a novel framework consisting of four-pillars and describes the platform of knowledge transfer.Empirical analysis shows some of the risks and constraints of the lessons learned process. Recommendations are presented together with mitigation actions.
