Daul farber's late-model North American Texan, N9523C Dazzlin' Deb is surely one of the most attractivernHarvard family of aircraft around. Its gleaming bare-metal finish and spotless appearance catch the eye, even among the many gems on show at its American Airpower Museum home, on Long Island, New York. Paul explained that this Pratt & Whitney R-1340-49 Wasp powered trainer served in Canada before being 'de-mobbed' in 1962. It then went into storage before being acquired by Robert Tobacco in 1966. He kept it for the best part of a decade and it then passed throughrna number of owners before it came into Paul's life in 1987. He has now amassed around 1,000 hours in N9523C's cockpit, so Dazzlin' Deb certainly gets plenty of use!
