Pewter Hornet

High-quality model maker Diverse Images has added a highly detailed limited edition de Havilland Hornet to its already extensive range. Cast in English Pewter with a wingspan 7.62in (190.5mm), the sculpture depicts F.3 WB909 of 80 Squadron, which was based at Kai Tak, Hong Kong, circa 1954. Only 25 of the 1:72 scale model Hornets are being produced and they are priced at £99 plus postage, and two ground crew figures are offered as optional extras at £15 each.
