A joint enterprise between the Friends of the Military Aviation Collection and Fokker has seen a full-size replica of the now 'extinct' C.X biplane rolled out at Hoogeveen airfield in the Netherlands on August 31. The team has been building the two-seat reconnaissance aircraft since the 1990s, and has recently fitted its wings. The project incorporates many original parts, but is considered a reproduction. It will eventually be painted to represent a C.X of the Royal Netherlands Air Force.
