I very seldom say, "It flew right off the board". Mostly I build in warps just for the fun of adjusting around them. However, Rune Ackus' (from Sweden), new Jas 39 Gripen changed all that. Irnsimply wound in 450 turns on the Vs motor, launched and watched the guys go "Wow" and "Gosh". The cute little 12-inch span, 19-inch long delta canard just climbed almost straight up to about 25 feet, nosed level with no hint of a stall and proceeded to circle left in a smooth cruise. The model is built right on the covering like a Delta Dart with only about 16 straight sticks, (no ribs or formers). Landing gear and other wires are preformed and it all assembles in less than two hours. Flying is reliable and steady and it just cries out for more rubber and outside flight. This is one you will surely take away from the grandkids to enjoy yourself.
