EPA, Three States Say U.S. Steel Violated Clean Air Provisions at Three Facilities

The Environmental Protection Agency and three states have sued the United States Steel Corp. alleging it had violated several provisions of the Clean Air Act at three facilities (United States v. United States Steel Corp., N.D. Ind., No. 2:12-cv-00304,8/1/12).
