To provide an information provision system, an information provision method and an information provision program that are capable of providing occupants on board a vehicle with information on facilities suited to driving conditions of the vehicle.SOLUTION: A facility information provision system 100 comprises: a current position acquisition unit 111 to acquire a current position of a vehicle; a travel information acquisition unit 112 to acquire a travel distance or travel time of the vehicle; and a facility information provision unit 115 to provide occupants of the vehicle with information on facilities included in a certain range AR2 based on an extended line C2 obtained by extending a straight line C1 connecting a travel start location S1, from which the vehicle starts traveling, and a current position P1, which is acquired by the current position acquisition unit 111, when the travel distance or the travel time acquired by the travel information acquisition unit 112 has reached or exceeded a certain preset value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
