While we still face economic challenges in the foreseeable future, there appears to be a continued commitment to workforce development. While the need for new workers is currently dormant, the eventual economic upturn will result in an even greater need for skilled construction professionals. Now is the time to prepare for the upswing in construction by remaining focused on developing the industry's current and future workforce.
