Introduction: Amtrak intends to accept Letter of Interest submittals from fully qualified firms that possess in-depth architectural, engineering, and program management support experience, capable of supporting the High Speed Rail Improvement Program defined below. Amtrak, in its sole discretion and without discussion, will determine which firms are to be added to its bid list.
