For the last five years, the ACE Mentor Program has been one of the pillars of AECOM's corporate social responsibility strategy. Through the program, we have a direct and positive influence on high school students-while creating an equally positive growth opportunity for our mentors, ACE is a great incubator of team building and leadership development for both.
