Estimation model of wet FGD cost for coal-fired power generating units in China

摘要

On the basis of SO_2 total emission control policies, a series of FGD plans for coal-fired power generating units, suitable for limestone-gypsum technology, have been made during periods of "the 11th Five-Year" and "the 12th Five-Year". Before making such plans, FGD cost of the objective coal-fired power generating units need to be recognized. In this study, an estimation model based on least square method is formulated for the first time, in order to indentify the wet FGD cost without a large amount of data investigation and collection work. According to the modeling process, there is noticeable correlativity between FGD cost and sulfur content in coal, residual life, FGD efficiency. Furthermore, based on the analysis results of R and RSD, the proposed estimation model of wet FGD cost for coal-fired power generating units can estimate the practical FGD cost well.
