Comparison of Information Signals Processed Using Time-and Frequency-Domain Methods In Oceanographic Precision Radar Altimeters

It is shown that the potential accuracy of measurements of the current height of satellites above the average level of the sea surface and of the height of sea waves using precision radar altimeters is the same for frequency-and time-domain signal processing methods.
