DESIGN FARM

摘要

Over the past year, Loop.ph's MetaboliCity project brought together some 100 people - scientists, chefs, horticulturists, design students and even road maintenance workers -to design, build and install modular and lightweight grow-kits used for cultivating herbs and vegetables around town. The sites around the city include a restaurant, an office and a community centre. Indoors, the designers set up a hydroponics system. Passers-by on an East End housing estate can find pumpkins, courgettes and beans climbing up a lamppost.%Nel corso dell'ultimo anno, il progetto MetaboliCity di Loop.ph ha riunito un centinaio di personern- scienziati, cuochi, orticoltori, studenti di design e anche operai della manutenzione stradalern- allo scopo di progettare, costruire e installare moduli di coltivazione leggeri per far crescere erbe e vegetali in giro per la città.
